Who we are and why you should let us represent you!

Bay Realty was built in 1980 by Bay Biossat and was intended from the beginning to be a real estate office. Bay had a long history in sales even before he moved to Beaver Lake in 1977, and after working with a small real estate agency in the area, the decision was made to start a new company. Adam Biossat, Bay’s son, grew up on Beaver Lake, graduated from the University of Arkansas, and joined the company in 2001. The two combined, now have over 60 years experience selling Beaver Lake properties.

The focus of Bay Realty is, and always has been, Beaver Lake homes and land near Eureka Springs and Beaver Dam. Instead of trying to cover a large area and different types of real estate, we have chosen to specialize in lake front, lake view, and lake area properties. We live in, play in, and are proud of the Beaver Lake community. Our knowledge of the area, it’s history, and it’s intricacies allows us to serve your real estate needs better than anyone else!
