Bill is an experienced Realtor with 27 years of success in the White Rock  / South Surrey area.  He has extensive knowledge of all local Real Estate, especially estate, view, waterfront and bluff properties, land development and assembly.  He stays current with changing Real Estate laws, procedures and technology.  Bill believes in clear and constant communication with clients and sets high performance standards.  He is flexible and adaptable, enthusiastic, friendly and outgoing with a positive attitude and professional appearance.  He strongly believes in punctuality, attention to detail, and correct representation and presentation of properties and contracts. He is now joined by his wife Myrna, in real estate.  She has been licenced for 5 years, works diligently with Buyers and loves selling strata titled townhouses and condos.
