 Congratulations are in order for Ben!  He has just been elected councillor (director) of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board's Industrial, Commercial and Investment Division  (I.C.&.I).  Ben is hoping to help aspiring commercial Realtors with his knowledge and experience to be "the best they can be". 

Ben is a Grandview Heights acreage resident and has 26 years selling real estate in the South Surrey/White Rock area. He has extensive experience in all facets of real estate sales.  His experience has given him a high level of skill understanding and negotiating complicated transactions. 

Ben is a long time member of the Fraser Valley Realt Estate's I.C.& I. Division and a member of the I. C. & I. Council of the Canadian Real Estate Assocition.

Ben has had successful real estate dealings with The City of Surrey, The Province of British Columbia, The Royal Bank of Canada, Edelweiss Credit Union, Richmond Savings Credit Union, The Bank of Nova Scotian and Citizens Trust Company.
